 TDI series high power ‘Cold Cathode Thyratron’ (Pseudospark)

The TDI series is intended for high power switching of capacitive energy storage and are patented in Russia and the United States.  The tubes have metal ceramic envelopes and are filled with hydrogen at 20-60 Pa.

  • Hollow anode thyratrons (H-version) for applications with oscillating currents are available upon request. Pulse Power Solutions’ standard stocked models are hollow anode and are appropriate for both ringing and non-oscillating service in most applications.
